Seeing as how our leftover enchiladas from last night would not fit down the esophagus without gagging I decided to go on the hunt for something else to eat. My first stop was to check out the hubby's frozen meals...they didn't look too bad and then *cue heavenly singing* I saw THEM. The frozen waffles!! I immediately popped a couple in the toaster, busted out the peanut butter and syrup and set myself up for the best lunch to date....YUM
I was so giddy I actually jumped up and down giggling and clapping my hands! Hooray for surprise cravings :-)
